Housing Costs

Homeownership stands as a cornerstone of the American Dream, a symbol of stability, independence, and prosperity. Yet for far too many in New Hampshire, that dream has twisted into a nightmare. Lifelong residents and families who've called the Granite State home for generations are unable to afford even basic rent, let alone the chance to buy. My opponents peddle tired solutions: sprawling high-rise apartments modeled after New York and Massachusetts, eroding the very character, natural beauty, and community spirit that make New Hampshire unique. We deserve better than urban overdevelopment and hollow rhetoric.

Housing in the Granite State has turned into a nightmare for too many families. Our political leaders keep pushing solutions that mimic the failed models of Massachusetts and New York, but that's not what we want. What we need is for the families who've grown up here to afford to stay here, building their lives in New Hampshire. In this video, I outline my targeted plan to provide real relief for first-time home buyers in the Granite State. Funded by cutting waste from the bloated federal budget, this initiative is laser focused on helping those who need it most. Watch to learn about the key restrictions, how it all works, and why this approach will deliver the much-needed relief our communities deserve.
