I stand apart with concrete, common-sense reforms that prioritize protecting our local towns from unwanted overdevelopment while delivering the housing relief our residents desperately need. By partnering with local governments, state agencies, and businesses, we'll strategically address the housing shortage in ways that enhance, rather than erode our communities. This means housing that does not need to be subsidized but the common man can purchase on their own.
